    • Small and effective team - At Prerender.io we believe in small and effective teams. Our engineering and customer success teams are only a few people, but carefully selected and recruited from top startups and companies.
    • Focused work - When we work, we focus on work with minimal distraction. We use Slack for intra-team communication and use a personalized, kanban-like agile process to keep ourselves aligned.
    • Culture - We don’t micromanage our teams. Our people are motivated self-starters who we trust to know how to do what they need to do.
    • Ultimate flexibility - We’re 100% remote. You can work from wherever you like, whenever you like. All we ask is that you have a few hours of overlap time with another member of our development team.
    • Freedom and autonomy - We’re a high-trust team and you’ll be given lots of independence to solve problems in your own way — with plenty of help from the team when you need it.
